It's hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle in NYC . Between overtime, meetups, events, social life... there just isn't enough time in a day to keep a consistently healthy diet. You get home at 9pm, starving, and you're left wondering what there is to eat.

Made Meals is a holistic meal prep solution for the active New Yorker who has trouble keeping up with a healthy lifestyle.

Choose from our chef's weekly meal options or design your own meals by picking from our choices of proteins, veggies, healthy fats, and carbs. We deliver weekly right to you! Choose a 3 day or 5 day plan.

Our menu consists of healthy, filling, and fresh food that is locally sourced. 

We also include important insights into each of our menu items so that you can better understand what you're eating and how it affects your body.

 

WHY

It is hard to eat healthy in a city like New York. Building your career, maintaining a social life and trying to stay fit are difficult to juggle, let alone finding a balance between them all. Having to constantly think about your next meal is just an additional time suck.

Our goal is to make living a healthy lifestyle easier. Stop thinking about your next meal - let us worry about that.

 

WHO

Made Meals is a joint effort between Founder, Jesse McBride found it increasingly difficult to eat healthy on a consistent basis. Both avid weekend chefs and adventurers, they are on a mission to make eating delicious, wholesome and healthy meals an effortless experience. Eat good, feel good, live happy.
